The driveway up to the Reserve at Town Center, Davenport is an
impressive approach. The Reserve at Town Centre Davenport is well
developed with palm tree lined streets and neatly kept lawns, trees
and shrubs. The development is well lit at night including the driveway
to the villa.

Lounge
| This large, comfortable room with vaulted ceiling is fully
furnished with sofas, occasional tables, lamps and a large colour
TV showing numerous cable channels and a video recorder. A radio/CD
player is also provided with a selection of CDs. Fully air-conditioned
with extra ceiling fan to keep the room cool. Patio window overlooking

Kitchen/dining area
|
An open-plan kitchen/dining room with modern dining furniture
seating up to 6, plus a breakfast bar area seating 2. The
dining area overlooks the pool.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a large American
style fridge/freezer with icemaker. There is a full sized
cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher and waste disposal unit.
Accessories include coffee maker, toaster and juicer. The
cupboard range contains all the crockery, cutlery and glassware
you will need.

Master bedroom
This beautiful, large bedroom has a queen-sized bed, dressing
table, bedside tables and lamps, TV and clock radio and a
ceiling fan. The large walk-in closet holds extra sets of
bedding and towels. The en-suite bathroom has a large shower,
toilet and sink unit and hairdryer. From this bathroom the
pool area can be accessed via a lockable door.

Second master bedroom

This large double bedroom has a closet, dressing table,
bedside table lamp and clock radio. It has an en-suite bathroom
with large shower, toilet and sink unit.

Twin bedroom
| Twin beds, bedside table, chest of drawers and closet complete
the layout of this tastefully decorated children’s bedroom.
There is a separate bathroom across from this room with shower,
bath, sink and toilet. |

Pool area
|
Larger than normal at 30ft x 15 ft, the whole pool area
is enclosed by a mesh screen which allows the sun in but keeps
the insects out. It has full surrounding “cool foot”
decking, padded loungers, chairs and table. The Lanai area
has a ceiling fan and lighting. The pool is lit for night-time
swimming and pool heating is available. Being a corner plot
there is a large grassed area to the side of the villa and
outside the pool enclosure.
Within the villa all household items are included and we
have added several ‘creature comforts’ to make
your stay even more comfortable. These include:-
- Large tumble dryer and washer
- Ironing and hair drying facilities
- Cable TV in the living room and bedrooms
- Air conditioning throughout, in addition to the ceiling
fans
- Child equipment includes a cot, high chair and baby car
seat

We selected our spacious plot specifically for its South-facing
aspect, so the pool area enjoys the sun throughout the day. Our
large corner location is relatively private, the pool area overlooking
a well developed lake.
